Alberta Dora Lamar Siplin, 82, of Monticello, FL passed on Sunday, April 27, 2025. Funeral services are 12 noon Monday, May 12, in Monticello Community Temple COGIC, Inc., with interment in Hickory Hill Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 3-5 p.m. Sunday, May 11, at TILLMAN OF MONTICELLO (850-997-5553). "Berta" had worked in various jobs, including Cafeteria Assistant, Daycare Attendant and Restaurant Team Member. She was totally committed to her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a faithful member of Restored Glory Christian Center. Cherishing precious memories are her daughters: Barbara Siplin, Gwen Lewis and Alicia Crespo; bonus daughter, Cassandra McIntosh; sons: James Johnson (Pamela), Anthony Siplin (Staci); bonus son, Moses Williams; 6 grandchildren; brothers: Benjamin, Robert Jr. (Marjorie) and Tommy (Brenda) Lamar; sisters: Dollie Mells, Zelda and Bessie Lamar; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
