Anna Ruth Mitchell-Lofton, 74, of Los Angeled, CA passed there on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Memorial services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Mrs. Mitchell-Lofton had lived in California for over 40 years. She was a Tallahassee native and a 1967 graduate of the original Lincoln High School. Survivors include her son, Cedric (Kendria) Mitchell and her grandchildren, Ivan Mitchell and Darryl Baldwin; and numerous other relatives and loving friends.
