Obituary

Sub Deacon Anthony N'Namdi Webster, 52, of Tallahassee, FL finished his earthly course on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Celebratory services are 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 15, at the Old West Enrichment Center, with Interment in the Tallahassee National Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Thursday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). N'Namdi grew up in Tucson, AZ; Davenport, IA; Springfield, VA and Alexandria, VA. He graduated from Edison High School in Alexandria in 1991. N'Namdi exceeded all medical prognoses; with Down Syndrome, he was predicted to never walk or talk. He exhibited superb hand-writing and computer mastery. He advanced to the rank of Life Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. One of his greatest joys was working as a greeter and Family Services Associate with his cousin, Al Hall, at Tillman Funeral Home. N'Namdi excelled in caring for the bereaved. He served faithfully as a Sub-Deacon under his dad at St. Agape Orthodox Church. Cherishing his love are his parents, Archbishop Anthony Webster and Episcopa Joyce Thompson Webster; sister, Toni Webster; nieces: LaKendria Norton and Shauntavia Huggins; and several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
