Bambadukla Baraka Rose, 48, passed unexpectedly in Orlando, FL on Sunday, April 2, 2023. Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Life Church International, Tallahassee, with burial in Oakfield Cemetery, Monticello. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at the Old West Enrichment Center. Born in Melbourne, FL, "Bam" was raised in Tallahassee. He was a 1993 FAMU High graduate and received his B.A. from FAMU in 2003 and his J.D. from FAMU's College of Law in 2008. He had been a practicing Attorney. Survivors include his children: Ja'lan, Faith and J. Bambadukla Rose; parents: Flora (Elder Charlie) Davis and Jacob Rose; siblings: Charlie Davis, Jr., John, Rashida, Toussaint, Hannibal, Zachary, Nicholas, Anjelica, Tyrese and Drexel Rose, Simone Taylor and Jacobi Ford; grandfather, Willie B. Smith; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
