Bernard Cooper, Sr., AKA "Coop" passed at home on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Rest P.B. Church, with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE. "Coop" had worked in Construction with the Ajax and Culpepper companies. He loved fishing and cooking on the grill. Survivors include his son, Bernard Cooper, Jr.; daughters: Brianna Mitchell and Tina Cooper; sister, Mattie C. Pettigrew; nine grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
