Mrs. Betty Lois Ford Walton,79, of Tallahassee passed at home, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, November 3, 2024. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 9, at Tabernacle M.B. Church, with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A lifelong Tallahassee resident, Mrs. Walton was a 1964 graduate of the original Lincoln High School. She retired after 31 years of distinguished service as a Staffing Coordinator for Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. A member of Tabernacle, she loved interior designing and decorating and garage sales. Cherishing her love and legacy are her children: her daughters: Felecia Walton Mackey, Kimberly Goodwin and Nicole Ferrell; sons: Terry (Sabrina) Walton and Travis (Kwanzaa) Goodwin; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister Sandra (Henry Hunter) Ford; brothers: Charles Ben (Matline) Ford and Michael Ford; and numerous other relatives and friends.
