With hearts bowed in reverence and submission to God's perfect will, we respectfully announce the earthly transition of Bishop Dr. Howard Frank McMillan, who departed this life on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. A faithful servant, an esteemed shepherd, and pillar of faith whose life and ministry touched many.
