With utmost respect, we announce the passing of Elder Bob Anderson, 81, of Tallahassee, Florida, who departed this earthly life on Friday, August 21, 2026.

Viewing-Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850-942-1950).

Graveside Services will be 12:00 p.m., Friday, August 28, 2026, in the Tallahassee National Cemetery, 5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311.

Born in Plant City, FL, Elder Anderson was a retired Custodian for FSU. He was a devout member of Springhill Road Church of Christ, where he was intricately involved in almost every ministry of the church. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed the simple pleasures of spending quality time with family. Elder Anderson's love and legacy will be treasured forever by his wife, Mary Sue Mobley Anderson; sons: Bob Jr., Quentin and Donnie Anderson; sister, Mae Anderson and brother, Theodore "Ted" (Malinda) Anderson; grandchildren: Kingston, Qeoni and Yarri Anderson; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
