Charles Ray Kemp, 83, of Tallahassee passed from injuries sustained in an accident on Thursday, January 18, 2024. Memorial services are 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Ray was born in Orlando and raised in the Chaires Community. He retired from Capital City Bank as a Mail Clerk and had worked for over 15 years as a Courier for Pony Express. Most recently, he worked for Jeff's Paint and Body Shop. He loved working on cars and fishing. Cherishing his love and legacy are his wife of 58 years, Lillian Gammons Kemp; daughters: Cassandra Kemp Wilkerson, Desiree Kemp (Richard) Thigpen and Pacquita Kemp; two grandchildren: Brianna and Rayna Thigpen; godsister, Rhonda Wilson; several brothers, sisters, other loving relatives and friends.
