Charles Clifford McWhite-Bell, 72, of Tallahassee passed at home on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Greater Love Church of God In Christ, with burial in Midway Community Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A Quincy native, Charles grew up in Attapulgus, GA. He worked as a farm laborer before becoming a tilesetter, and finally he was a construction tradesman for Culpepper Construction. Survivors include his children: Patricia McWhite and Alexander Swatts; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters: Rosa (Ben) Godbolt, Pearl Smart, Josephine Bell and Dorothy Mitchell; brother, James Bell; and countless other relatives and friends.
