Charlie Callier, 92, of Lamont, FL passed in Tampa on Monday, July 22, 2024. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Salem AME Church, Aucilla, with military burial in Oakfield Cemetery. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF MONTICELLO (850-997-5553). A native of Talbotton, GA, Mr. Callier was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was employed for almost 40 years as a Master Mechanic for Duke Energy. His survivors include his daughter-caregiver, Zelma Callier Anderson; sons: Charlie and Darryl Callier; several grand and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Helen Callier; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Charlie's wife, Kate Callier preceded him in death.
