Charlie "Cee" Hill. Jr., 78, of Tallahassee passed on Saturday, November 23, 2024. Homegoing services are 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Pleasant Ministries, with Interment in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Capps. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF MONTICELLO (850-997-5553). Born and raised in the Capps Community, "Cee" was a gifted vocalist, baseball player and heavy equipment operator. He had also been a Jefferson County School Bus driver and retired Personal Assistant to retired Supreme Court Justice B. K. Roberts. Survivors include his devoted wife, Lillie Bingham Hill; children: Glennes (Scottie) Payne, Melissa (Marcus) Cason, Wanda Brown, Teresa (Charles) Hansberry, Carol (Rev. Jeffery) Graham, Ann (Roger) Johnson, Kenneth (Pamela) Mack, Brandon Hill, Gregory Teate, Carlton Hill and Calvin Hill; several grand and great-grandchildren; sisters: Willie Mae (Rev. James) Thompson, Rutha Mae Frazier, Martha Robinson and Gloria (Elder Marvin) Graham and numerous other relatives and friends.
