Charlotte Roberta Roach Dullivan, 88, of Tallahassee passed at home on Sunday, February 16, 2025. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at Tillman's. A native of Industry, PA, Mrs. Dullivan came to Tallahassee from East Liverpool, Ohio. She retired from Sprint (CENTEL) and was a member of the Multitude of Christ Apostolic Faith Church of God. She was an avid reader (Bible) and loved travel and children. Survivors include her daughter, Deborah Dullivan; sons: Allan (La'Tasha) Dullivan and William Kirk Dullivan; grandson, Payton Dullivan; sister, Renee (Scott) Smith; brother, Henry Roach Jr, and several other loving relatives and friends.
