Delmus B. Ferrell Program

It is with heartfelt sympathy, we announce the passing of Mr. Delmus B. Ferrell , age 47, of Tallahassee, Florida, who departed this life on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

Viewing-visitation will be 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850-942-1950) .

Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 6, 2026, at St. Peter Cemetery, 8422 Wakulla Springs Road, Tallahassee, FL 32305.

Delmus Benitez Ferrell was born on January 26, 1979, in Tallahassee, Florida to Joyce Crawford and Raymond Ferrell. His father preceded him in death.

Delmus grew up in Tallahassee where he attended the public schools throughout his education; attending Astoria Park Elementary, Griffin Middle, and graduated from Amos P. Godby High School. He demonstrated exceptional academic and athletic abilities, particularly distinguished as an outstanding basketball player. In his leisure time, he enjoyed music, video games, sports and cooking.

Delmus went Home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 28, 2026. His love and legacy will be treasured by his daughter: Asiyah Ferrell; mother: Joyce Crawford; brothers: Derrick Crawford and Kavin Ferrell; three sisters: Tamelia Ferrell, Katrina Ferrell and Meya Ferrell; three aunts: Doris Cloud, Janis Terry and Phyllis Groomes; three uncles: Kevin (Carolyn) White, Carl Groomes and Reggie (Evelyn) White; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loving friends.

It is our profound honor to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Ferrell and to serve the Ferrell Family.
