Dorothy Jean Hart Ringgold, 55, passed unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 7, at St. Paul P.B. Church in Miccosukee. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A 1986 graduate of Lincoln High School, Dorothy was an Accountant in FSU's Maintenance Department. She also was a longtime part-time Publix Associate. Survivors include her husband, Clinton A. Ringgold; sister, Rosa (George) Williams; brothers: James (Bernice) Hart, Mizell (Georgia Mae) Brown and Solomon (Yolanda) Hart; mother-in-law, Carol Ringgold; sister-in-law, Tameran (John) Hinson; brother-in-law, Lloyd (JoAnn) Ringgold; and a host of other relatives and friends.
