Douglas Lee "Sonny" Williams, Sr., 86, of Monticello's Boland Community passed on Thursday, December 14, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Pine Grove M.B. Church, with burial in Boland Community Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at Tillman of Monticello (850-997-5553). Mr. Williams was an accomplished musician and concrete finisher. He was a deacon at Pine Grove where he served faithfully. He is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Debra Speed Williams; daughters: Christina Williams and Patricia Walker; sons: Arthur and Johnny Williams; stepson, Matthew Washington; and a host of grand and great grandchildren, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his son, Douglas Williams, Jr., parents, Elliot and Katie Miller Williams and brother, Cleo Williams.
