Deacon D.W. Williams, Jr., 83, of Tallahassee, FL passed unexpectedly on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Old West Enrichment Center, with Interment in Indian Branch Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Thursday, April 17, at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Born and raised in Tallahassee, Deacon Williams was retired from Star Metro where he was a mechanic for over 37 years. He was an avid fisherman who caught fish when no one else did. He was a devout Christian and Deacon at Galilee P.B. Church. Among his survivors are his loving wife, Charlie Mae Brown Williams; children: Michael (Angie) Williams, Jason Terry, Michelle Williams, Tonya Williams and Juanita Price; several grand and great-grandchildren; siblings: Robert, Horace and Lucille Williams and Maggie Washington; and a host of other relatives and friends.
