Edward Louis Williams, 77, of Tallahassee passed on Friday, April 19, 2024. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Friday at Greater Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church, with burial in the Tallahassee National Cemetery with Air Force honors. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Thursday (Today) at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Born in Orange, Texas, Mr. Williams was a career military enlistee of the U. S. Air Force. He was a devout deacon at Greater Mt. Pleasant. A practical jokester, Deacon Williams was known for his kind and giving spirit. He was a talented carpenter and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Survivors include his loving wife, Marilyn Myles Williams; sons: Devon Anderson and Dexter Anderson; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
