Elder Darryl Augusta Wiggins III, 57, finished his earthly course on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at New Mt. Zion AME Church, with burial in Roselawn Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). He was employed by WEAR Channel 3 Television Station, Pensacola and the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers' Compensation. He founded Rivers of Life Ministry in Panama City. He also served as an Elder at New Creation Church of Tallahassee and was a staunch Dallas Cowboys fan. Elder Wiggins is survived by his beloved wife, Temeka Wiggins; cherished twins, Darryl A. and Azariah M. Wiggins; adoring mother, Bettie J. Wiggins; sister, Vanity S. Wiggins; brothers: Princestan Shamard Wiggins and Justin McCall; stepmother, Cynthia R. Wiggins; mother-in-law, Yvonne Williams; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
