Elijah "Butch" Walker, Jr., 68, of Midway, FL passed tragically in Bainbridge, GA on Saturday, January 27, 2024, Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, February 10, at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Born in Cairo, GA and raised in Quincy, FL, "Butch" became an accomplished plumber; friends and colleagues often called him "The Plumber". He had been a Maintenance Supervisor for a Motel in Bainbridge. He was also talented at building renovations and was very gifted at appliance repairs. Survivors include his daughter, Lasheka Walker; son, Arkeen (Holly) Walker; grandchildren: Ajaila, Azariya and Arkeen Walker, Jr., Anthony Hill and Aniyah Kimber; sisters: Barbara King Davis (very devoted), Lucy Russell, Marie (Johnny) Watson; brothers: David and Earnest Mitchell; and a host of other relatives and friends.
