The management and staff of Tillman Funeral Home regret to announce the passing of Mr. Elmer J. Forbes.
It is with profound honor to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Forbes.
A celebration of life service for Mr. Elmer J. Forbes will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00AM at Rock Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida.
A public viewing for Mr. Forbes will be held from 5:00PM-7:00PM at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church.
The committal services will conclude at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
