Emmanuel Nyasha Manhiri, 34, of Tallahassee passed unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Local funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Rest P.B. Church, 3727 Woodville Highway, Tallahassee. Burial will be at a later date in London, England. Born in Mtao Mbuma, Zimbabwe, Emmanuel earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Manchester; Master's from FAMU and he was a Doctoral student at FSU. He was very involved in music producing. Survivors include his parents: Musimba Manhiri and Mary Aamanga Manhiri; brother: Aubrey (Shami) Manhiri; sisters: Audrey (Trevor) and SharonRose Manhiri; his brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; and several other relatives and friends.
