It is with utmost respect, we announce the passing of Mr. Ervin Jerome Lewis , 55, of Tallahassee, Florida, who departed this earthly life on Saturday, January 17, 2026.

Viewing-visitation for Mr. Ervin J. Lewis will be 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 30, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850-942-1950) .

Homegoing Services will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL.

ERVIN JEROME LEWIS was born on March 30, 1971, in Tallahassee, Florida. He was the second child born to Betty Ann Reynolds and Earnest Lewis. Both of his parents; brother: Willie; and sisters: Dorothy Jean, Edith Marie and Cathy, all preceded him in death.

ERVIN grew up on Tallahassee's Southside Community. He attended Leon County Schools. He did attain his GED and several certifications.

ERVIN enjoyed reading law books and his Bible. He was a smart and loving person. He always was there for his family when he was home. ERVIN also enjoyed music and playing cards.

On Saturday, January 17, 2026, ERVIN finished his earthly course of life and went Home to be with our Lord and Savior. His love will be forever cherished by his brothers: Dewayne Lewis, Dallas Moore, Ronald Reynolds, Quintin Lewis, Robert Lewis, Michael Lewis and Matthew Tucker; sisters: Priscilla Reynolds, Shirley Lucas, Dauphine Moore, Edith Marie Williams, Doris Jean Moore, Sylvia Dixie and Dorothy Osikorobia; favorite niece: Abriel Rhodes; along with a host of other loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

It is our profound honor to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Lewis and to serve the Lewis Family.
