Evangelist Mary Gilyard Dixon, 74, of Sunrise, FL passed on Friday, November 15, 2024. Funeral services are 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 30, at St. Mark M.B. Church, with burial in Midway Community Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Saturday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Evangelist Dixon attended the public schools in Gadsden County. She attended Faith Deliverance Pentecostal House of Prayer, Tallahassee. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed traveling and shopping during her leisure time. Cherishing her love are her son, Rodney (Yovonia) Watkins; daughter, Brittany Jones; three grandchildren; sisters: Magarie Jackson and Geraldine Daniels; special friend, Freddy Russell; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
