Gladys Elaine Ransom Smith, 72, of Tallahassee passed on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Concord AME Church, with burial in Concord Cemetery. Viewing is Friday 4-6 p.m. at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Mrs. Smith was a retired Food Service Manager for Leon County Schools. She also was a member of Mt. Sinai M.B. Church where she was a Church Mother, Choir member and Church Secretary. Survivors include her son, Cedric Smith; daughter, Natikka (Jonas) Hall; grandchildren: Cedric Jr., Shaleah and Shamar Smith, Samantha and Miranda Hall; great-grandchild, Naomi Smith; sister, Annie (Arthur) Barnes; and a host of other relatives and friends.
