Gloria Jean Jones, 71, of Tallahassee passed on Saturday, May 20, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Rest P.B. Church, with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Viewing is Friday 4-6 p.m. at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A Gadsden County native, Ms. Jones was a longtime Tallahassee resident and a retired CNA. She was a highly respected caregiver. Survivors include her sons: Torance, Wendell, Anthony and Charles Jones; stepson, Brandon Wyche; grandchildren: Sherrion Bates, Delicia McAffee, Sharunsha Barnes and Marquis, Semaj and Jordan Jones; son-in-law, Arthur Rhynes; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters: Mary Chambers, Alberta Sykes and Maxine Anderson; and several other relatives and friends.
