Tallahassee, FL - Gloria Ann Knox Williams, 75, of Tallahassee departed this life on Monday, September 6, 2021. Graveside services are 3:00 p.m. Saturday in Oakland Cemetery. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A 1965 graduate of the original Lincoln High School, she received her Bachelor's degree in Clothing and Retailing from Florida A&M University. She worked for well over 30 years with the Florida Department of Insurance, retiring in 2005. She was a member of Tallahassee's Bethel AME Church. Her love and legacy will be cherished forever by her devoted husband, David Williams; son, Devin Williams; two daughters: Toni Williams (Oliver) Jenkins and Joi Williams; grandchildren: Shamon, Aniyah, Ariana, King, Braylen, Jayvion and Asiladi; sister, Brenda (Maurice) Kilpatrick; brothers: Anthony Knox and Jerry Michael Knox; uncle, Jethro (Helen) Olds; sister-in-law, Mildred (Willie) Harris; brother-in-law, Leroy (Barbara) Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
