Henrietta Davis Footman of Tallahassee's Capitola Community passed on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at St. John M.B. Church, Capitola, with burial in Springfield Cemetery, Lloyd. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Born in Lloyd and raised in the Wadesboro Community, Mrs. Footman, the widow of Amos Footman, Sr. was a retired Cafeteria Attendant for Leon County Schools. She was a longtime member of the House of Praise Fellowship. Survivors include her daughters: Cassandra Copeland, Sharon (Arthur) Williams and Tawanna (Samuel) Beverly; sons: Melvin Sr. (Angela), Amos Jr. and Darron (Deidre) Footman, Sr.; 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
