Deacon Hermon "Bud" Jefferson, 82, of Tallahassee, FL passed at home, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, November 11, 2024. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 23, at Greater Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A Tallahassee native, retired state employee and avid fisherman, Mr. Jefferson is survived by his wife, Fannie L. Morris Jefferson; children: Herman (Tamara), Kershear, Stephanie and Melinda; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; siblings: Kozen (Linda), Hattie, Nettie (Jody), Elizabeth and Felicia (Johnny); and a host of other relatives and friends.
