Inell Thomas Williams, 71, of Tallahassee passed on Friday, April 11, 2025. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 19, at Flipper Chapel AME Church, Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Interment will be 12:00 noon on Monday, April 21, in the Tallahassee National Cemetery. A Tallahassee resident, Mrs. Williams was the widow of Army veteran, Johnnie Cavern Williams. She also was a self-employed cosmetologist and a member of Mt. Horeb P.B. Church. Survivors include her children: Iris (Juan) Williams and Johnnie C. Williams, Jr.; niece/bonus daughter, Dena Thomas; grandchildren: Shadasia Johnson and James "JuJu" Smith, Jr.; siblings: Joe (Malinda) Thomas, Frank (Anita) Thomas, Carolyn (Freddie) McCray and Mary Wyche; and several in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
