It is with utmost respect, we announce the passing of Mr. Jacob "Jake" Bradley, 82, of Monticello, Florida, who departed this earthly life on Monday, June 8, 2026. 

Viewing-visitation will be 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., Friday, June 19, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF MONTICELLO CHAPEL (850-997-5553). 

Funeral Services will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2026, at New Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 19080 Boston-Monticello Road, Boston, GA 31626, with the interment to follow in Bradley Cemetery.
