With our greatest sympathy, we announce the passing of Mr. Jacob J. Evans, 40, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, who departed this earthly life on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. 

Viewing-visitation will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2026, 1-hour prior to the Celebration of Life in the TILLMAN OF MONTICELLO CHAPEL (850-997-5553).

The Celebration of Life will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2026, in the Tillman of Monticello Chapel, 1215 N. Jefferson Street, Monticello, Florida 32344.
