James "Tiny Man" Williams, 84, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850-942-1950), with burial in Clifford Hill Cemetery. Mr. Williams was a U.S. Army veteran, having served with distinction during the Vietnam Era. He worked with the Leon County Public Works Department for over 32 years. Treasuring his love and memory are his loving partner of 30 years, Wanda Knight; children: Carolyn Sapp (Albert), Mary Lester (William), Jamie (Valeeka) and Jeanette Williams and Vernon Mills; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Nora Hannah; brother, Fred Williams (Cathy); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
