Mother Joe Emma Hall Brown, 78, of Tallahassee's Woodville Community passed on Monday, March 3, 2025. Homegoing services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 15, at Miracle Deliverance Center No. 2 in Crawfordville, FL. Burial will follow in St. Peter Community Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Mother Brown was the widow of Elder Rommell Brown, who passed on December 30, 2024. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant who had worked in Healthcare for many years before her retirement. She was a devout member of Miracle Deliverance and was completely devoted to her family's welfare. Survivors include her daughter, Jacqueline "Jackie" Brown; sons: Rommell Brown, Jr. and Elson Brown; 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brothers: Jake, Robert and John Hall; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
