Johntrel L. Vickers Program

It is with loving remembrance, we announce the passing of Mr. Johntrel Lanard Vickers , 33, formerly of Tallahassee, Florida, who departed this life on Sunday, December 21, 2025.

A memorial service honoring Johntrel's life and memory will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL, 4006 Crawfordville Road, Tallahassee, FL 32305.

Johntrel Lanard Vickers was born in Tallahassee, Florida, at TMH (Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare) on Sunday, May 24, 1992.

Johntrel was raised in the Lake Bradford community of Tallahassee. He attended the public schools of Leon County, with his final attendance at Rickards High School. He entered the workforce early in life and worked an array of jobs prior to relocating to Kansas City, Missouri. Most recently, he began a new life, a new journey, and career path in Missouri, where he worked diligently to accomplish his goals.

In his leisure time, Johntrel enjoyed listening to music and faithfully watching the Florida State Seminoles (FSU) whenever they played. He was a devoted and die-hard FSU fan.
Johntrel was raised in the church. His Christian faith began at Turning Point International Church, where he learned and acquired his faith-based biblical knowledge under the guidance of Pastor Rosalind Y. Tompkins. Johntrel was patient and eager to learn and went on to do great things in his newfound walk of life.

On Sunday, December 21, 2025, Johntrel transcended on to be with the Lord. His love, loyalty, and memory will be deeply missed, as he leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Carolyn Vickers; sisters, Kaneisha Vickers and Patrice Lethand; brothers, Robert Vickers, Anthony Vickers, and Devin Oliver; uncle, Danny Vickers; and a host of other family members and friends.

It is our profound honor to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Vickers and to serve the Vickers Family.
