It is with tender hearts, we announce the passing of Mrs. Katherine McKinnon "Cat" Robinson, 77, of Tallahassee, Florida, who departed this earthly life on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Viewing-visitation will be 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday, June 26, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850-942-1950).
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Greater Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church, 1819 Saxon Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32310, with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Katherine McKinnon "Cat" Robinson
Katherine McKinnon "Cat" Robinson was born on June 18, 1948, in Winter Haven Florida, to Willie "Lucky" McKinnon and Geneva Morgan McKinnon.
Katherine was converted at the age of 10 at Griffin Chapel Church under the guidance of Elder Hobbs, with Pastor Clinton Smith serving as her deacon at Greater Mt. Zion Church. She attended the original Lincoln High School.
Katherine lovingly raised her siblings: Willie "June" McKinnon, Joseph McKinnon, Diane Young, the late Clyde Young, Leroy McKinnon (Pricilla), and Jacqueline "Jackie" McKinnon Jackson.
Katherine's love and legacy will forever remain in the hearts of her two daughters: Veronica D. McFarland and Marietta D. (Cartetter) Robinson; and three sons: Gregory G. (Luevenia) Robinson, Jesse (Paula) Robinson, Jr., and Michael X. Robinson. She was a proud grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren, including special great-grandchildren: Jadon "Jay" Thomas, Kaleb Hightower "My Man," Hailee Lamar "Holling Jacob," Madison Lamar "Night Rambler," and Hassan Morrison "JoJo". She also leaves behind godsons: Calvin Johnson and Tim Hinton; special friends: Pauline Jackson and John Hogan; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Katherine was cared for by devoted caretakers: Cartetter, Michael, Jackie, Tiffany, Quintez, Kaneka, Jamark, and Marietta.
Katherine joins her son: Drake P. Robinson; parents: Willie L., Sr. and Geneva Morgan McKinnon; and two brothers: Joseph and Willie McKinnon, all who preceded her in death.
It is our esteemed honor to have been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Robinson and to serve the Robinson family.
