Kenneth Maurice Austin, 71, of Tallahassee, FL passed at home on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Funeral services are 12:00 noon Monday, June 23, at Bethel AME Church, followed by entombment in Culley's MeadowWood Memorial Park. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Bethel. Ken was a graduate of Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Before retiring, he had held several executive-level positions with the City of Tallahassee. He was an accomplished golfer and photographer, a staunch member of Bethel and the grandest of granddaddies. Treasuring Ken's love and legacy are his devoted wife, Debra Dabney Austin and daughters: Kimberly Austin Crowell and Kendrea Austin Kreipke.
