Kenneth Kerwarn Mickens, 69, of Tallahassee passed on Monday, July 10, 2024. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Friday at New Mt. Zion AME Church. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Tallahassee National Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Thursday (Today) at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A Havana native and 1973 graduate of Havana Northside High School, Ken was a U.S. Army veteran; former federal corrections officer and entrepreneur in construction and retail fashions. Survivors include his children, Brandon, Patrice and Christopher, along with numerous other relatives and friends.
