Kwanis Demetres Lamb Dugan, 49, of Tallahassee, FL, passed on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29 at the Old West Enrichment Center, with Interment in Concord Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A lifelong Tallahassee resident, Mrs. Dugan had worked for the Florida Department of Revenue and the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. She was a superb cook and a devout member of St. Peter M.B. Church in the Chaires Community. Survivors include her husband, Lindsey Dugan, Jr.; daughter, Shakara Dugan; sons: Lindsey and Trayvon Dugan; a special grandson, Mason Higgins; mother, Annie Lamb; several grandchildren and bonus children; siblings: LaKeesha, Eugene and Curtis Lamb and Alphonso Clayton; and a host of other loving relatives and special friends. Kwanis's father, Eugene Lamb, preceded her in death.
