Lola Elizabeth Butler Baker, 96, of Crawfordville, FL passed on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Olive P.B. Church No. 2, with burial in the Church Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Mrs. Baker was a Wakulla County native and a longtime member of Mt. Olive where she was a former Choir member. She attained her Certified Nurse's Assistant certification at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, FL. Locally, she had worked at Sunland Hospital. She was an avid fisherman who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. Survivors include her loving husband, Willie Baker; son, Eddie Hughes, Jr.; daughter, Mildred Hughes; stepsons: Lester (Pearl) and Antonello (Robbie) Baker; several grandchildren: Myrick Williams, Eric Johnson, Karlacedria, Marlon and Delfonte` Hughes and Walter Bosby; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Gloria and Kathy Butler and Lillie Baker; brother-in-law, Archie Baker; and a host of other relatives and friends.
