Mrs. Lonnie Mae Miller Davis, 89, of Tallahassee, FL passed on Thursday, September 19, 2024. Homegoing services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Meridian Woods Church of Christ. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at Springhill Road Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Southside Cemetery. A Tallahassee native, Mrs. Davis was a graduate of the original Lincoln High School and later attained her CNA designation at Lively Vocational Technical School. She nursed at Miracle Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Capital Regional Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Davis was added to the Body of Christ many years ago at St. Augustine St. Church of Christ. She presently worshipped at the Springhill Road Church of Christ. Her husband, Berrion Davis predeceased her. Cherishing precious memories are her daughters: Virginia Davis-Randolph, Sandra Davis-Watts (Roscoe), Susan Davis-Griffin (Keith); sons: Berrion Jr., Gary (Heike), Steven and Gerald Davis; son-in-law, Darryl Hightower; brother, Louis Miller; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
