Louis C. "Lou" Blow, 83, the son of the now-late James Blow, Sr. and Bessie Blow transitioned on May 16, 2023 at Heritage Healthcare Center, Tallahassee. Lou was the youngest of three children. He attended Lucy Moten Elementary, FAMC High and graduated from FAMU with a degree in Electronics. He worked at Florida State University and Wyatt Business Machines. Lou is known for his musical genius and ability to repair anything electrical or mechanical. He loved racing cars and hunting and fishing with his friends. He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Carol B. Harrell and nephew, Rodney Harrell. Survivors include his brother, James Blow, Jr. (Marietta), 2 nieces, 2 nephews, 8 great-nieces and nephews; and a supportive, caring "Brotherhood of Friends". The family deeply appreciates your words of comfort and the love and care for Lou by all of his friends. You may remember Lou with a donation to your favorite charity. Memorial services will be Tuesday, June 13, at 5:00 p.m. at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850-942-1950).
