The viewing is 4-6 p.m. Thursday (Today) at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Mother Williams was a faithful member of Bethel M.B. Church and First Baptist Church of Progress Village, Tampa, FL . She was First Lady at John the Baptist M.B. Church, Bainbridge, GA. She retired with 35 years of service. Her children are: Steven Barnes, Sr., the late Arthur Barnes, Jr. (Pam) and Tameka Thomas (Terry II), her stepchildren are: Angela Barnes (Roosevelt), Matthew Williams, Jr. (Dana), Tarteashia Harris (Terrance) and the late Aretha Williams. She has several grand and great-grandchildren. Her sisters are: Eloise Howard (Claude Sr.), Dorothy Williams, Eunice Johnson, Roberta Walden, Gwendolyn Frison and Sandra Peavy. Her brothers are: Alpha Johnson (Dr. Jennifer), Eddie Johnson and David Johnson (Maxine).
