Marquis Lavel Cromartie, 49, passed unexpectedly on Monday, May 15, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Old West Enrichment Center, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Viewing is Friday 4-6 p.m. at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Marquis attended St. Leo University, studying paralegal services. He was a certified maintenance technician. Survivors include his sons: Marquise, Markeith and Darius Cromartie; daughters: Kayla Moore and Quashawndria Maddox; mother, Earlean (Robert Sr.) Bryant; sisters: Shekinah Shamar, Renea and Katrice Bryant; brothers: Christopher (Eustache) and Robert (Jill) Bryant, Jr. and a host of other loving relatives.
