Mary Jane Blake Campbell McIntosh, 78, of Tallahassee and formerly of Monticello passed on Sunday, January 26, 2025. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 8, at St. Phillip AME Church, Monticello, with Interment in the Church Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF MONTICELLO (850-997-5553). A Jefferson County native, Mrs. McIntosh was a 1966 graduate of Howard Academy High School. She was a lifelong member of St. Phillip and a former Choir member. She was retired from Kids, Inc. Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Campbell; son, Anthony Campbell; stepchildren: Eddie II, Eddie III, Elease and Shelby McIntosh, Kecia Scurry and Kenneth Coffer; five grandchildren; sisters: Catherine Blake McNeil and Gail (Elder Wilbert) Austin; brother, Ivory Blake, Jr.; devoted friend, Carrie Norton; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
