Michael Allen Rice, 73, of Tallahassee passed on Friday, June 7, 2024. Memorial services are 12:00 p.m. Friday, June 14, at Pilgrim Rest P.B. Church. TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950) is serving the family. Born in Jacksonville, IL, Mike had been a longtime Apopka resident before moving to Tallahassee about 5-6 years ago. His beloved wife, Dallas preceded him in death in 2019. A devoted family man, he volunteered to work nights his entire career. He was a retired machinist for Lockheed-Martin and an avid golfer. Survivors include his sons: Christopher, Michael (Regina) and Cory (Desiree) Rice; son-in-law, Dong Ku Kim; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and sisters: Nancy (George) Collins and Sally (Vic) Ralston; and brother, Earl (Jennifer) Rice. His only daughter, Katie Rice Kim also preceded him in death.
