Minister Janice Williams Harris, 70 of Crawfordville, FL went Home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 8, 2024. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the River of Life, with burial in Mt. Olive P.B. Church # 2 Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Minister Harris was a graduate of Flagler College and had worked for Wakulla County Schools, Elder Care Services and the Department of Juvenile Justice, before retiring. She was a devoted member of River of Life and an excellent cook who also enjoyed baking. Survivors include her husband of 32 years, John Harris; children: Bernadette (Frederick) Hayes, Evelyn (Chris) Brown, Calvin Nelson III and Clifford McKinney; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings: Doris Odgen, Johnnie Mae Williams and Lemark Williams, Jr.; and a host of other family members and friends.
