Minister Angela Williams Harvey, 57, of Jacksonville, FL passed unexpectedly on Saturday, July 27, 2024. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 17, at the Old West Enrichment Center. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Born and raised in Titusville, FL, Angela was an ordained minister. She and her husband founded Church-On-the-Go Ministries. She was a foster parent, caterer and jeweler. Survivors include her husband, Pastor Franklin Harvey; son, Derek (Nel Marie) Harvey; daughters: Elisa and Summer Harvey; grandchildren: Joseph and Ruth LeeAnn Harvey-Williams. Jada, Jaden and Darion Harvey; brothers: D.J. Jr., Anthony (Lisa) and Odell Williams and James Strozier; sisters: Brenda (Bobby) Wynn and Shawn Williams; aunt, Betty King; uncle, Eddie Lee Harrison; and several other relatives and friends. Her daughter, Tippony Williams passed unexpectedly on May 29, 2024.
