Mother Vernice T. Watson, 92, of Apalachicola departed this earthly life Sunday, November 17, 2024 in Apalachicola surrounded by her beloved family. Funeral services will take place at 3pm at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Apalachicola with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Mother Watson will lie in state for viewing on Friday, November 22 at Friendship from 4-6pm.
