"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. Not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid."

It is with heartfelt sympathy, we announce the passing of Ms. Otica Denise Williams , 33, of Tallahassee, Florida, who departed this life on Friday, January 16, 2026.
Viewing-visitation for Ms. Otica D. Williams will be 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 30, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850-942-1950) .
A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 1915 Dale Street, Tallahassee, FL 32310, with the interment concluding in Greenwood Cemetery.
Earthly life, as we know, began for Otica Denise Williams, in Tallahassee, Florida on August 4, 1991. She was the daughter of Odis Williams and Zannie Adale Mann. Her mother preceded her to Glory in 2012.
"Tica", as Otica was lovingly called, grew up in Tallahassee where she attended the public schools of Leon County. Early on, it was determined that she was talented in art and superb at drawing. She was kind in spirit and got along well with everyone she encountered. For most of her career, Ticia worked as a housekeeper at several area hotels and public lodgings. At work, she was regarded as being very proficient and cooperative.
Tica recognized the need to have a solid relationship with God. She confessed Him as her Lord and Redeeming Savior and, following her baptism, she became a full-fledged member of Calvary Baptist Church.
On Friday, January 16, 2026, God Almighty saw fit to receive Otica Denise Williams back into His Kingdom. She leaves her love and precious memories to her four children: Zyann G. Cromartie, April D. Moore, Laniya L. Moore and Kareem Williams; father: Odis (Cassandra) Williams; siblings: Paul Swatts, Jasmine Williams and Tamarra Williams; maternal grandmother: Mary Mann; aunts: Pinky Hayes, Easter Evans, Janie Evans and Jackie Williams; uncle: Willie Evans; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
It is our esteemed honor to have been entrusted with the care of Ms. Williams and to serve the Williams Family.
